Papailo Chair

Designed by Naoto Fukasawa, this piece emphasises the Japanese aim of the designer at giving preference to details, including the less noticeable ones. There is a balance of form, which starts from the curve of the back and arrives until the long conical shape of the frame.

This piece is also covered by fabric and leather, and also has a removable cover thanks to a metallic zip on its back. Shown in a yummy purple. Did I mention it also swivels and has an optional ottoman. Let's dress it up a bit by mixing an original oil painting by New York artist Victoria Steinberg. Now that's a MODern Mix.
